Floating Salt Water Sound Bath: The Pool House on Nassau

A floating sound bath is a deeply calming experience that combines the soothing effects of sound healing with the gentle sensation of floating. Resting on a comfortable inflatable bed, wrapped in a soft blanket, you drift on the water as healing vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes fill the space around you.

Floats, blankets, small pillows, and lounge chairs will be provided. To enhance your experience, you may consider bringing an eye mask. If you choose the in water experience, please wear a swimsuit and bring a towel. Otherwise, wear something comfortable with shorts or pants that can be rolled up to your knees.

Please arrive by 8:00pm to settle in and prepare for the event. The sound healing event will begin at 8:30pm.
