Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Vibe Wellness and Sound Healing, each session is reserved with care and intention. To honor both your time and Denise’s, please review the following policy before booking: Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged the full session fee. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session for a future date. Payment & Refunds Payment is due at the time of booking. All sales are final, and no refunds are offered. Scheduling & Communication All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the website. Rescheduling or sending Denise any requested information can be done online, by text, or by email. Due to the nature of her work, Denise may not be immediately available by phone or email. When unavailable, you may leave a message on her confidential voicemail, and she will make every effort to return your call promptly.
